🏛️ City Remembrance Day Service – Cornerstone Credit Union Centre (CN Community Centre)
Doors open at 10:00 AM | Please be seated by 10:45 AM | Service begins at 10:50 AM
A Service of Remembrance will follow immediately at the City Cenotaph (City Hall grounds).
🍽️ Remembrance Day Banquet – Legion Lounge
Cocktails: 4:00 PM | Banquet: 5:00 PM | Tickets: $30
🎙️ Guest Speaker: Doug Chisholm, Melfort heritage researcher and bush pilot known for documenting lakes and landmarks named in honour of fallen WWII heroes.
Branch awards to follow.
🏒 November 11 – 7:00 PM | Melville Millionaires Home Game
The Melville Millionaires, Royal Canadian Legion Br. 61, and Great Western Brewery are teaming up to honour Veterans and Active Service Members.
🎟️ Free admission, 🍺 a beer on the house, and exclusive access to the lounge overlooking the arena.
Proof of service required.
