The City is looking for Building inspector(s) that can coordinate
administration. Administration will receive all paperwork and applications, process the development permit application for compliance with the Zoning Bylaw, then forward the building permit and supplementary material to the Building Inspector through means agreed upon by both parties.
Bidders must be qualified and licensed to perform plan reviews and inspections for all building types defined under The Building and Accessibility Standards Administration Regulations as class one (1), two (2) or three (3). The Building Inspector(s) must be licensed to practice in the Province of Saskatchewan
It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to submit their Proposal to the City Manager prior to the closing time of 4:00 P.M., Central Time, Friday, April 7, 2017.
Proposals received after the noted due time will not be considered.
Proposals shall be received by hand/courier delivery: One (1) hard copy of the Proposal enclosed and sealed in an envelope clearly marked:
"RFP – City of Melville Building Inspection Services” addressed to the City of Melville, Attention: City Manager 430 Main St. Box 1240, Melville, SK S0A 2P0
