Before a Permit can be issued, all applications must include a site plan and construction drawings. A site plan consists of an aerial drawing of the property to scale, oriented North, including all buildings, structures, property line setbacks, driveway accesses, utility lines and other applicable details. Construction drawings and Building Permit fees required for your permit will depend on the type of work, please inquire with Planning Services for more information, or see the fee schedule outline in our Building Bylaw above.

Please be advised Development & Building Permits take 7-10 business days to be approved.

Building permits expire after 6 months from the date of issue but may be renewed for a further 6 months without fee. It is the responsibility of the owner to locate all utility lines and easements with Sask 1st Call. Check with ISC (Information Services Corporation, formerly known as Land Titles) and your utility companies.
