Community Registration Night 2026

The City of Melville Parks and Recreation Department is excited to once again host Community Registration Night this August.

Over the years, we've found that hosting a single registration night for community organizations is more convenient for families, provides smaller groups with greater exposure, and reduces the time and effort required for individual organizations to organize their own registration events.

We invite your organization to participate in this year's event:

Community Registration Night
Monday, August 24, 2026
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Cornerstone Event Centre, CN Community Centre

To participate, please:

  • Complete the Community Registration Night 2026 Registration Form
  • Reply Yes or No regarding your participation by August 20, 2026
  • Arrive early to have your display set up by 6:00 p.m.
  • Bring a sign to identify your organization at your table. Please note that tape, glue, tacks, nails, and other fasteners are not permitted on the Cornerstone Event Centre walls. Signs may be attached to your display table, or you may use a freestanding display board or backdrop
