Downtown Melville Facade Improvement Program
This incentive program is designed to support exterior building improvements such as storefront enhancements, new signage, façade restoration, exterior painting, and other projects that contribute to a more attractive and vibrant downtown.
By investing in our downtown, we can enhance community pride, attract visitors, support local businesses, and create a welcoming environment for residents and customers alike.
Eligible business and property owners are encouraged to apply. Funding is limited and applications will be reviewed based on program criteria and available budget.
